Terms and Conditions

• Payment is due 30 days from receipt of goods.
• In some instances we will submit a Proforma Invoice for advanced payment.
• Standard delivery charge and minimum order value still apply.
• All risks are passed to the customer on signing the delivery note and title will be passed on full payment.
• The buyer with McDonald Ceilings consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, may cancel any order for goods held in stock by McDonald Ceilings at the date of such order and by a minimum of 48 hrs written notice, provided that the buyer pay a cancellation charge equivalent of 20% of the order price and reimburse McDonald Ceilings all costs incurred.
